1) Fill DS-160 for each applicant
2). Pay consular stamping fee at
https://cgifederal.secure.force.com, you need to create profile and there you can give reference of DS-160 number which you have created in step1.
3). Documents to carry
b) pay stubs
c) bank statements
d) Invitation letter
e) I-94 docs
f) Sponser's visa/green card documents
